Living a healthy lifestyle requires dedication and committment as well as education on the choices we make.  We believe learning in a pleasurable relaxed manner enhances the experience and allows us to adapt more easily to change.

What's Happening

 

Visit the booths of vendors and practitioners, see an artist at work, participate in a yoga class by the peaceful river, enjoy the musical entertainment, baked goods, participate in traditional community picnic games.
